The pixs are a bit out of order, but this is the finished product. The guys dug a large hole in the ground and put a cows head in and let it cook under ground for about 8 hours. NOT FOR THE WEAK HEARTED!!!

one time my uncle roasted a pig in the ground. it sounds gross and looks gross but it was so good!
